Strings is a fantasy film set in a magnificent and profoundly unique universe. It is a mythological story about the son of a kind, Hal Tara, who sets out on a journey to revenge the death of his father. To his surprise he discovers the truth of his own people - and where he least expects it - e finds true love. It is a dramatic tale of adventure, bondage and liberation; of love and war, destiny and vitality, identity and comon humanity. For not everything is what it sees in this land of adventure, where the threads of destiny are woven together by unseen hands, and where there appears to be a hidden connection between Earth and Heaven.

Strings is the worlds first marionette puppet feature film. It took 4 years, 115 specially deisnged marionette puppets, 22 of the top puppeteers from all of Europe and USA, more than 150 Scandinavian film crew and 10 kilometers of strings to produce.
